This is a photo of some Artichokes. I took this photo while I was visiting Casa De Fruta. I haven’t personally tried these but they look good the way people eat them sometimes. I know I used to watch people order them up and put all kinds of fixing’s on them. I really am not a fan of greens but I have been working on it to improve my health. Anyone love to share some recipes or ideas on these artichokes feel free to do so.

The man there gave us a sample of all of fruits his property had to offer. Especially this shot of him chopping open some coconuts for us to eat and enjoy. This is a photo of a fisherman using his net to catch fish. I took this picture while traveling with my church to Central America. We traveled to Honduras and then went up to Guatemala to relax a bit. This photo was taken while we stopped for lunch along the “Rio Dulce” or the Sweet River. Guatemala is a very beautiful country because of all of its jungle life and originality. We went over to the village of Livingston which you can only get there by boat or ferry. I snapped this photo with my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT and my Sigma 70-300mm lens.
Lately, you have probably heard about the crisis in the San Joaquin Valley with its shortage of water. It is true. Farmers are not able to irrigate their crops due to a large shortage of water in the valley. With the approval of the "Speed Train" I am almost certain that funds that provide water to our valley farmers will get cut even more. But hey, that is okay right! As long as the people in San Francisco can catch a train to Los Angeles and get there a couple of hours faster than it takes to drive. Well, if you are someone who is going to be effected by this crisis (which is almost everyone, because without water for these crops there is no food or produce for the rest of the United States.) then be sure to give your congressman a shout and let them know how you feel. I took this picture just off the Interstate 5 and Highway 33 turnoff. I took it with my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT and my Canon 28-135mm lens. We had just came back from Hearst Castle and we pulled over to take this beautiful picture.

I was outside of the Japanese Gardens and noticed this can of Cocaine on the floor. I thought it was interesting because of the name. I haven’t seen this brand out on the market but if someone else has please share your experience with the beverage.
I took these pictures with my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT using my Canon 28-135mm lens. I shot these pictures at a church service we had at the park. I was running around taking some photos of the members and I noticed these nice juicy tomatoes on the table. I took some of the onions, which I am not very fond of.
