Tree At Oro Loma School

I made it out to Oro Loma School yesterday to take out some lab equipment. It was rainy when we arrived but very peaceful. I was able to snap this quick photo of a tree overlooking the Westside hills.
Do you have any photos from some abandoned schools or buildings? I would love to see them as they do tend to be beautiful when a place is so quiet and peaceful.
Thanks for reading.

Light In The Fog

This is a photo of a tree that grows in the middle of a field. It was a foggy day when I shot this photo. I pulled over to the side of the road and snapped a couple of shots.
Do you have any foggy day photos that you would like to share with us?
Thanks for reading!

Cotton Field

I was on my way to work on Friday when I had noticed the sunrise and some cotton fields were looking amazing. I brought my camera this time and snapped these photos of the beautiful landscape.

Cotton Season Is Coming

This photo is from last year when it was cotton season. I am anticipating this years turnout for the cotton season. I cant wait. I always enjoy the season because it brings me back to the memories of going to work with my grandpa when he used to drive the cotton pickers. I cant remember how old I was but I do recall him letting me drive a few times. It was fun to grab hold of the wheel and just enjoy the time with my grandpa.
I plan on taking lots of photos this year and I plan on sharing them with you all.
Thats all for this week. Stay tuned for next week when I plan to have some great photos for you.
Enjoy the weekend and thanks for reading!

Fog In March?
I was driving to work on Tuesday and it was shocking that the fog was really bad on the way to work. I thought it was funny that there was this much fog in the middle of March. I didn’t have my camera with me but I pulled out my cell phone and snapped this photo with it.Â
This is a normal sunrise but what was funny was all the fog. Â

This is a photo of a semi driving down Highway 33. I couldn’t get over how low the visibility was. I thought about pulling over in some places but I was already going to be late if I didn’t hurry.Â

I thought this was crazy how you could see the fog line in this photo. I am surprised that the police haven’t stopped me yet for snapping photos while I am driving. I like to capture the moments and sometimes I am in a hurry to get to where I need to be that I don’t have time to pull over and snap the photos.
Big Storm

I was driving to work on Tuesday morning and was coming up to a huge cloud. I pulled over and photographed it. The storm wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be but it started raining pretty good as I finished driving through the dark side of the storm. It is pretty cool being able to enjoy the scenery on my way to work.
Crop Duster

I photographed this crop duster getting loaded by a loader on my way home from work yesterday. This is probably one of the weirdest things that this airport has no security what’s so ever. You could practically walk right up to a plane and take off if you knew how to fly one. I remember working for this one company in my hometown after I got out of the Marines. I was hired as an Assistant Mechanic and they had us out there working in the heat as loaders loading rice into the plane. Very interesting but something I don’t miss at all. I worked there for about a couple of months before moving on to another place across the street selling tractor parts. Not anything I miss either.
